Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.  Psalm 119:105

Good morning everyone!

I've had another productive weekend.  I took photos for two of my church's activities on Saturday, although I really hadn't planned to do the first one for the Nurses Guild.  I just happened to have been at the church around 9 am and discovered the ministry had their event.  Although we all know that God puts us in the right place at just the right time.  So, He planned this...obviously I didn't.  Then later on, I was able to take many photos of the AWANA Grand Prix...which was a lot of fun.  There were a number of children there, with their parents.  They all had cute little cars that they designed and built themselves.

Then Saturday evening I was able to finish the newsletter project for my AVON business...that was really exciting.  I have never done one of these by myself before.  So I felt kind of good when it was completed.  I am hoping my customers like it.

To top that off, I was also able to work on a project for my 9 - 5 job and I felt really good when I got a jump on that.  The good thing about this project is that it will help me to understand more fully the extent of what needs to be done with the two projects I am assigned.  So, that was good too. onto the blog entry.  There are times when we hear the weather forecasters talk about the fog coming in that limits our visibility...which can be dangerous, especially when we are on the freeway.

Sometimes our own lives can feel like we are in a fog, where our own ability to 'see' is impaired.  Whether it's because we have many daily demands of our time, but only so much that can really get done in the time we have...or we let distractions ease their way into our minds and we have a difficult time staying focused on the task at hand.  Whatever it is, we need to always remember that God is there to 'light' our shine the light of his word in the path He wants you to take.  Trust Him to put order in your lead you where He wants you to go.  Let His words illuminate your daily path and your daily demands will get by one.  Let His light block out the rays from the distractions that are trying to cloud your view.

God is always there for you...allow Him to lighten your load. time's up!

Have a Happy Monday!
