Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip. Psalm 18:35
Welcome to Monday!
I am blessed that I will be celebrating the last day of my vacation today, but I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things at work. This vacation was probably one of my better ones. It started off with celebrating with my high school class for our 40th reunion on the weekend. Then, my husband and I took a long awaited trip to my college alma mater in Chicago, Illinois. And, the final part of my vacation was just spending some time at the homefront to get a handle or regain control of what needed to be done with various projects put on hold due to some personal crises. I am very pleased to say that several shelves have been de-cluttered, my office has been de-cluttered (to some extent) and God has given me a new level of peace that has assisted in de-cluttering my mind. I just needed a little time away to re-focus. This has been quite a year, but it's time to get back on top of things and continue on. God has provided me with a good base to build upon for the final four months of this year. I feel sturdier now than I did prior to my vacation time. I don't feel as though I will fal with the slightest wind blowing my way.
I merely opened my bible and searched for a verse that I have not read before and this one from Psalm 18 popped out at me.
I pray you all have a fabulously blessed Monday...and to my co-workers...I will see you on Tuesday morning!
